Jay leads Services and Support at Bright which includes all of Bright’s Banking operations and 24/7 Customer services teams based in Bangalore. She is a highly experienced operations leader, with 20 years of experience working across Standard Chartered Bank and InMobi. At InMobi, she led the InMobi Machine Learning Academy and InMobi Research Partnerships programmes.
