The Bright Bonus Rate and the General Terms and Conditions ( “Terms and Conditions”) are provided to Bright account holders (“You” or “Your”) by Bright Capital, Inc. (“Bright”) solely for the purpose of promoting and offering Bright Savings to qualified Bright users who have been approved to participate in our platform. These Terms and Conditions are a separate agreement and are not part of the Terms of Use of Bright App and Website (the “Agreement”).

Bonus Rate

All bonus rates are offered entirely by Bright and are not interest provided by Evolve Bank and Trust. Bight offers a Bonus Rate for designated Savings Pockets or Goals. The bonus rate You earn will be credited to Your Bright Savings account for all eligible funds at the beginning of each month. Your funds begin generating a bonus rate once they are available in designated Bright Savings Pockets. Please note the Bright reserves the right to cancel, remove, and change this bonus at any time. Bright also reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to refuse this bonus without cause, reason, and notice.

Bright Savings Pocket

Savings Pockets: Designated funds set aside towards specific goals as set by You. 
Minimum Balance: No minimum balance is required to open nor maintain a Bright Savings Pocket.
Monthly Fee: No monthly maintenance fee
Bonus Rate: The 3.2% bonus rate applies only on balances up to $2,000. Balances above $2,000 accrue 0.00% bonus rate.
Rate Changes: Our bonus rate may change at any time without notice at our discretion.
Our Promise: As the market interest fluctuates due to changes in the economy, Bright is committed to providing You with a competitive bonus rate. Bright strives to help you push your savings further.
Compounding Frequency: Your funds begin generating a bonus rate once they are available on Your Bright Savings Pocket. Your bonus rate accrues daily and is credited at the first of every month.

General

You will be responsible for both determining and paying any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other charges, if any, that may be imposed by any governmental or regulatory authority on bonus obtained through our product, whether or not such taxes, fees or other charges are imposed at the time of point redemption or subsequently. Should Bright be required to report taxes, tax reporting, if any, will be made to the tax ID number of the account holder, based on our records.

Neither Bright nor its third-party service providers, their respective employees, officers, affiliates, or agents assumes any responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any financial loss, personal injury, property loss or damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which You and/or Your guest may suffer by reason of any act, default, nonperformance or wrongful, careless, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission of any Program supplier, its employees, or any third party.

  • Sufficient storage space to save Communications and/or a printer to print them.
