Bright Debit Authorization

I authorize Bright Capital Inc., doing business as Bright Money (“Bright”), or any partner bank for which Bright is a service provider, and their respective successors, assigns, and service providers (“you” and “your”) to initiate electronic fund transfers from my Primary Checking Bank Account via ACH or my Bright Account or my Credit or Debit card (if added as payment method), in the amount and on the date each Negotiation Fee is due and payable to Bright, following a successful negotiation, until I cancel this Authorization.

I acknowledge the fee amount varies per negotiation. I authorize Bright to debit my account for any fee between $0.01 and $1000 without additional notice. For any fee exceeding this range, Bright will provide notice at least 10 days prior to the debit.

If Bright is unable to collect the Negotiation Fee via ACH from my Primary Checking Account I authorize Bright to collect the Negotiation Fee either from any other linked Bank Account, or from my Credit or Debit Card (if any), or from my Bright Account. If the debit entry initiated on a due date for the Negotiation Fee is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, I authorize Bright to initiate subsequent entries, which are not to exceed 2 times per calendar month in an amount equal to the debit entry that failed due to insufficient funds. If Bright does not initiate these subsequent entries or any such subsequent debit entries are returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, I authorize Bright to initiate a debit entry the next calendar day of amount, equal or lower to the current Negotiation Fee then due plus any prior Negotiation Fees that remain unpaid and due.

I understand that I may cancel this Authorization at any time, but I agree to allow a reasonable period of time, at least three (3) business days, for you to process my request. To notify you during your normal hours of operation I will write to you at support@brightmoney.co. I understand that you may cancel these electronic fund transfers to my account for your own risk management or business reasons and will seek to provide me with at least three (3) business days’ notice prior to the scheduled processing date to the extent reasonable under the circumstances. Regardless of whether you or I cancel this Authorization, I understand that I must pay each Negotiation Fee to you in the amount and by the date required unless I have canceled the specific Negotiation request prior to its completion in accordance with the Terms.
