American Express Platinum Card cardholders can earn 10x points for eligible purchases at American Express restaurants around the world and when they Shop Small in America. This is on top of the $25,000 combined purchase that you get on your Card membership's first six months.

Five points per dollar are available on all flights that you book directly with American Express Travel or airlines.
