Businesses calculate their score by taking the number of satisfied customers (those who rated them 4 or higher) and dividing it by the total number of responses.
When choosing an annual plan at $97 for 12 months, equal to $8.08 per month. Bright offers multiple plans and charges recurring fees of $14 per month for a monthly term, $39 for a three-month term, $68 for a six-month term, or $97 for an annual term.
